Limb Pickup
The Town of Brownsburg provides a one-time curbside limb pickup to residents in the spring and fall. There is no need to call and register in advance. The Street Department will pick up limb piles put out at residences during the scheduled collection week.
Limb collection for the fall season will begin in September.
When
Limbs must be placed on the curb by 6 a.m. on the collection week.
The Street Department visits the northside (north of Main St./US 136 and Summer Ridge, Arbor Springs, and Autumn Glen neighborhoods) and the southside (south of Main St./US 136) on alternating weeks. View the schedule below to see when the Street Department will go through your neighborhood.
Week | Route |
September 5-8 | Northside |
September 11-15 | Southside |
September 18-22 | Northside |
September 25-29 | Southside |
The chipper truck cannot operate during rain. When it rains, pickup will be paused.
Limb Piles
Small branches and limbs should be placed behind the curb edge. Limb piles are limited to 8 ft. long by 6 ft. wide by 4 ft. tall. Oversize loads, including more than one pile of limbs, will not be picked up.
This program is for tree material; no lumber, root balls or firewood.
Leaf Pickup
Leaf pick-up is in October.
Eligibility
The service is offered to residents in Town limits only. Businesses and HOAs are not eligible for the limb pick up program.
